Structure
H07V-K is a single-core flexible electrical cable. The cable conductor is made of bare copper wires, single-strand or multi-strand twisted into a bundle. The insulation layer is PVC the type TI1. This special insulation layer made from a particular mixture ensures excellent cable sliding capacity. This design guarantees its excellent conductivity and safety performance. Its minimum section is 1,5 square millimeter. This design ensures regular transmission of current and guarantees stable operation of the equipment.
The H05V-K cable is a flexible electrical cable. The internal conductors of the cable are bare copper or twisted stranded copper wires. The insulation layer is PVC. Electrical performance
H07V-K
H07V-K is a connection cable with thermoplastic PVC insulation. The rated voltage range of H07V-K cable is between 450 et 750V. Its maximum voltage relative to earth can reach 1000V in AC or 750V in DC. H07V-K cable features a test voltage of up to 2500V, thus demonstrating excellent electrical performance. In terms of adaptability to temperature, H07V-K cable can operate normally in the range of -5°C to 70°C during mobile installation. As for a fixed installation, the H07V-K cable can withstand temperatures as low as -40°C. H07V-K can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to 70°C when in fixed installations. The minimum bending radius of this cable is 4 has 6 times the diameter of the cable, which makes it more flexible and convenient during installation, thus meeting various cabling needs. H05V-K
H05V-K cable uses single or stranded bare copper internal conductors, or tinned copper.
The permitted long-term continuous operating temperature of the H05V-K cable conductors is 70°C. Its nominal voltage is 300/300V or 300/500V. This cable complies with the IEC60228 standard and uses PVC insulation type TI1.
The permitted bending radii during cable laying and installation are as follows :
1. For cables without armor, the radius of curvature must not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
2. For cables with armor or copper tape shielding structure, the radius of curvature must not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.
3. For flexible cables with shielding structure, the radius of curvature must be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.

It is also suitable for flexible connections inside electrical devices, electrical instruments and devices. These cables also allow you to connect instruments, devices, distribution boards, energy distributors (tableaux) and telecommunications equipment. H05V-K is suitable for internal wiring of equipment. It also finds its place in signaling systems for low-voltage connection lines, communications equipment, electronic sets, equipment and distribution cabinets in overhead or underground conduits. The H05V-K cable can also be used for non-outdoor and non-high current applications.
What is the difference between H05V-K and H07V-K ?
Each cable has a unique identification number that helps understand its structure by breaking down the cable components.
From part number alone, It can be known that both H07V-K and H05V-K cables have thin PVC insulated conductors for permanent installation. The difference between the two conductors is the voltage. The rated voltage of H05V-K is 300/500V. While that of H07V-K is 450/750V respectively. Indeed, H05V-K cable is only available in sizes 20AWG to 17AWG. While those of H07V-K apply from 16 AWG and beyond. The wires of the H07V-K cable have a larger cross section, hence a higher nominal voltage.
Both of these cables have a rated temperature range of -30°C to +80°C for fixed application and -5°C to +70°C for flexible application. H05V-K and H07V-K also have self-extinguishing and flame-resistant performance.

H07RN-F
Although H07RN-F differs from H07V-K by only a few letters, they represent completely different products. The H07RN-F cable is a portable cable standardized under the HD22 standard. Just like the H07V-K cable, its working tension is 450/750 volts. However, unlike PVC hook cables, H07RN-F cables are rubber insulated and coated with synthetic rubber.
The H07RN-F portable cable can be used for electrical equipment subject to moderate mechanical stress outdoors or indoors, in dry or humid environments. The H07RN-F finds many applications in boilers, hotplates, hand lamps, power tools, transport engines or construction machines.
